Legal Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Legal Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and improving the operations of Sidecar Health’s legal department. Reporting to the Vice President of Legal and working closely with business stakeholders, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable subject matter expertise within a highly regulated industry.

In Short

• Develop and implement legal department tools and processes to support the day-to-day operational needs of the legal team
• Assist in drafting and maintaining organizational documents and document management systems, including corporate governance, contracts, and other legal documents
• Assist in the organization and management of legal department projects
• Assist with insurance product filings and document development
• Support various additional administrative tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior experience with an in-house legal department preferred
• Impeccable organization and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn the operational nuances of an innovative health insurance business
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in, or the ability to quickly adopt and learn, project management or data management tools
• Bachelor’s Degree
