Requirements

• 7+ years in operations leadership, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven success managing processing teams in deadline-driven environments.
• Experience with automation and tool development.
• Comfort with AI and modern process design.
• Strong analytical skills for operational forecasting.
• Track record of building high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills focused on transparency.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
