In Short

• Lead global fulfillment operations ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Oversee asset management and loaner kit management.
• Manage loose inventory and ad hoc requests.
• Conduct utilization and reconciliation reviews.
• Support operational budget development and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the medical industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in field inventory, asset control, and surgical kit logistics.
• Experience with FDA/GMP-compliant environments and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven success in building and developing teams.
