Join us in shaping the future of fleet technology in Europe! Through the merger of Avrios and Vimcar, two leading SaaS platforms in the mobility sector, we have ushered in a new era at Shiftmove. Together, we are developing a platform that meets the complex demands of modern fleets and sustainably transforms the market.

We are looking for you as a Brand Designer who not only brings ideas to life but actively shapes our new brand Shiftmove. You will play a central role in further developing our existing product brands Avrios and Vimcar while integrating brands like Optimuum Automotive and Ocean into our portfolio.

You will visually connect our values with our target audiences across all touchpoints: Web, Social Media, Campaigns, Print, Events, and more.

In Short

• Responsible for the further development of the Shiftmove brand presence and ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
• Make our brand come alive through Motion Design, including animations and surprising moments.
• Work closely with our Brand Director, Growth Marketing Team, Product Designers, and external partners.
• Create assets in various formats: presentations, infographics, illustrations, animations, social media visuals, performance marketing, and more.
• Apply and further develop our design language across all materials.
• Manage timelines and design workstreams across departments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Brand Design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Experience in using motion and animation to enhance storytelling.
• Familiar with tools like Canva and open to experimentation.
• Good eye for detail and typography.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Very good German language skills are required.
• Bonus: Knowledge in 3D, Webflow, or other marketing tools.
