As a Senior Digital Designer at Shae Group, you will leverage your extensive design experience to create high-converting digital assets and optimize workflows using AI tools.

• Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks and funnel pages
• Run A/B tests and ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers
• Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows
• Maintain high quality and accessibility standards
• 5+ years’ experience required

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in design
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC
• Experienced in GHL email design
• Fluent in using AI tools for design and videos
• Ability to create high-conversion email templates and marketing collateral
• Strong understanding of design systems and modular design
• Experience with A/B testing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team
• Strong attention to detail
