SEO Manager (B2B) - Remote

Session Media is an award-winning B2B performance marketing agency that partners with some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS and technology brands. We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and lead organic growth strategies across a portfolio of ambitious B2B clients.

In Short

• Own and execute medium to large-scale SEO strategies for B2B SaaS and technology clients.
• Analyse organic performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities and iterating strategies.
• Ensure SEO efforts align with broader performance marketing goals.
• Produce monthly client reports and insights using various SEO tools.
• Identify growth opportunities across content gaps and technical improvements.
• Act as the primary SEO point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Creative, and Content teams.
• Identify inefficiencies in organic performance and implement optimisation roadmaps.
• Oversee technical SEO best practices.

Requirements

• UK-based.
• 3+ years of experience in the B2B sector or 4+ years in SEO roles.
• Proven experience managing and growing SEO campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the Google/Microsoft suite.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
