Overview

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO of Serve Freight, a fast-growing freight brokerage, to drive operational leadership, project management, and process improvement.

In Short

Work directly with the CEO to turn vision into execution.
Own the CEO’s priorities and initiatives.
Track company-wide initiatives and maintain accountability.
Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems.
Structure meeting agendas and capture actions.
Extend the CEO’s reach for internal communication.
Provide data and recommendations for decision-making.
Assist with creating SOPs to standardize workflows.
Help incorporate OKRs (or EOS) to drive quarterly goals.
