Manufacturing/Operational Technology Security Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Coordinate and manage the successful design, delivery, and sustainment of our client’s Manufacturing Security initiative.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Manufacturing & Supply Chain engineering, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in IT and Operational Technology (OT) Security.
• Establish a strong program governance structure.
• Evaluate IT and OT architecture, designs, and process proposals.
• Assess and mitigate risks.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee supplier service changes.
• Oversee IT/OT technology deployments and global process implementation.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables meet defined requirements.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of leading complex Operational Technology (OT) and IT projects.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Experience in deploying global IT/OT technology.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security program and technologies.
• Knowledge of security industry standards.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience in a high-level collaborative environment.
• Understanding of policies, procedures, and standards.
