Analyze campaign performance & derive effective measures for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management & logistics teams to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

Experience in social media & performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
Solid knowledge of META Ads Manager, Google Ads & TikTok Ads.
Creative sense for visual trends & experience in photo/video production is an advantage.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
High motivation to take responsibility & grow in a dynamic environment.
