Designer – Engine Air Intake / Charge Air Cooling (VW Project) - Remote

Overview

As part of development projects for passenger cars and commercial vehicles with diesel engine units, the designer will be responsible for developing design concepts and technical solutions.

• Developing design concepts and technical solutions.
• Creating 3D models, drawings, and assemblies.
• Conducting 3D tolerance investigations.
• Designing parametric tubes, pipes, and brackets using sheet metal tools.
• Presenting design results and aligning technical solutions with the client.
• Ensuring compliance with VW standards and processes.
• Working within the VW design work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in VW design work environment MANDATORY.
• Experience in development and design for engine air intake/charge air cooling systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in German (Fluent) preferred and English (Fluent) is mandatory.
