Overview

The Senior Growth Analyst will join SEEK’s global Commercial Growth team, focusing on the design and development of new AI and tech-powered recruitment products.

In Short

• Conduct structured data analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and improve dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Provide pre- and post-launch reviews of initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in analysis or research roles.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and AWS Athena.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in managing strategy or research projects.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Curiosity and passion for data-driven insights.
