Salesforce System Administrator - 6 Month FTC - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Revenue Operations Systems Administrator with proven Salesforce expertise to own and execute on the Go-to-Market (GTM) tools strategy and roadmap as part of our Revenue Operations function.

In Short

• Lead the strategic redesign of the Salesforce instance.
• Oversee and manage the customization of Salesforce.
• Ensure accurate mapping, data cleaning, and integrity.
• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Develop and implement workflow automations and business rules.
• Assist in optimizing critical Go-to-Market tools.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Develop training materials and sessions for end-users.
• Support operational activities for high quality revenue operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is required.
• Experience managing and integrating other revenue operations tools.
• Hands-on experience managing integrations using APIs.
• Strong project management skills.
