Senior Project Manager (Roll-out) with German and English - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to support the roll-out of Securitas’ Europe Division Transformation Program across multiple countries. This position requires strong leadership and solid experience in managing complex projects within a multi-cultural environment, working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–10 years’ experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• Hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling with MS Project.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage uncertainty and adapt plans quickly.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
