  • Ability to foster collaboration across agencies.
  • Demonstrated analytical and investigative skills.
  • Previous Ombuds experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and evaluation methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
