Secret Level is seeking a sharp eyed, culture savvy Artist Resource Manager to join our growing, creative team. This is a hybrid role focused on sourcing the best generative artists and managing their journey from portfolio to project.

In Short

Discover and vet AI artists with exceptional taste and technical range.
Maintain and grow our curated talent pool.
Manage artist outreach and initial onboarding.
Partner with producers and creative directors to align talent with the right roles.
Keep meticulous track of staffing on all internal work and able to move around personnel as needed for new and ongoing projects.
Track talent availability and proactively surface artist options to meet project needs.
Maintain relationships with past collaborators, keeping our bench strong and responsive.

Requirements

Experience in talent management or resource management.
Strong understanding of the creative process in art and design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
