Search for Common Ground (Search) is an international conflict transformation NGO that aims to transform the way individuals, groups, governments and companies deal with conflict, away from adversarial approaches and towards collaborative solutions.

In Short

• Conduct the final evaluation of Youth Talk Phase II, a multi-country program.
• Design evaluation methodology and tools focused on participatory and adolescent-inclusive MEL.
• Develop data collection instruments.
• Conduct training sessions for country teams on data collection processes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data collected by teams in Mali, CAR, South Sudan, and Kenya.
• Produce a final evaluation report and a learning document.
• Present preliminary findings to stakeholders for validation.

Requirements

• Expertise in participatory Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) with a focus on adolescent engagement.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Experience in designing age-appropriate evaluation methods for adolescents.
• Skills in participatory MEL approaches and ensuring adolescent engagement.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis skills.
• Experience in conflict-affected settings, particularly in Mali, CAR, South Sudan, and Kenya.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• More than 5 years of experience in project evaluation.
