In Short

• Ongoing financial accounting for the holding.
• Booking travel expenses, receipts, and expenditures.
• Recording and maintaining investments and participations.
• Preparation of advance VAT returns.
• Organization and structuring of digital accounting documents.
• Working with Lexware (Cloud).
• Collaboration with the tax advisor to prepare financial statements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in accounting (ideally for small companies or holdings).
• Careful, structured, and independent working style.
• High reliability and a pronounced sense of responsibility.
• Confidential handling of sensitive financial data.
• Proficient use of Lexware or comparable accounting software.
• Good knowledge in the area of VAT.
• Enjoyment of clear processes and long-term collaboration.
