Bilingual Remote Medical Scribe - Spanish

In Short

• Perform chart preparation per clinic protocol
• Accompany the provider in all scheduled patient visits
• Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan
• Remind provider of relevant quality metrics
• Enter laboratory and radiographic studies
• Document and print instructions for the patient
• Review completed charts with the provider
• Update provider preference documents as necessary
• Must maintain a HIPAA compliant workspace
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and speaking skills

Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 60+ WPM
• Available to work 30-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 7:30 am-5:30 pm PST)
• Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace
• Fluent in the English language
• Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience in a related field required
• Pre-health career track strongly preferred
• GPA > 3.5 preferred
• Highly knowledgeable with medical terminology, and human anatomy
