The Client Communications Specialist (CCS) provides superior customer service and communication to clients, patients, staff, and referring veterinarians, demonstrating excellent judgment and decision-making skills in triaging client calls and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary medical office experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Instinct EMR
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm
• Ability to multitask and perform in a detail-oriented environment
• Articulate and dependable with exceptional clerical skills
• Compassionate and flexible regarding scheduling
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable internet source is required
• Ability to work weekends and specific shifts
