Overview

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support our team in the areas of Sales Campaign Management, Content Creation, and Clay GTM Engineering.

In Short

Daily response to active sales campaigns of our clients
Creation of social media posts and sales/marketing materials
Automation and optimization of workflows with Clay, Zapier, Make
Data analysis and visualization to support sales and marketing processes
Assistance in creating performance reports and analyses for client projects

Requirements

Interest in B2B Sales, Marketing Automation, and Outbound Campaigns
Initial experience with sales tools and automation tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier, Make) or willingness to learn quickly
Analytical thinking and a structured working style
Very good German and English skills
Self-initiative, teamwork, and strong communication skills

Benefits

Remote (Berlin preferred)
15-20 hours per week
Compensation: 15€/hour + performance-based commission/bonus
Requirement: Willingness to invest about 20 hours in learning Clay before starting - we provide the learning plan for you
