Requirements

• Leadership experience in Customer Service or Client Success.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially stocks and ETFs.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data-driven decisions.
• Customer-centric and motivated to drive team success.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
