Overview

Parsons is seeking a Security Specialist / Classification Manager to support classification management efforts, ensuring compliance with security protocols and providing guidance to stakeholders.

In Short

• Assist in implementing classification management at SCI and collateral levels.
• Provide classification guidance and marking criteria.
• Resolve complex classification issues.
• Maintain expertise through collaboration with classification management communities.
• Write and review Security Classification Guides.
• Develop training techniques for compliance with classification policies.
• Administer security classification guidance.
• Obtain access to sensitive program information as required.
• Participate in training and briefings.
• Contribute to the success of federal solutions for government customers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience with Security Classification Guidelines.
• 7-10 years of experience with Special Access Programs.
• Strong understanding of classification management practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience providing training and guidance.
• Proficiency in document reviews and compliance issues.
