Content Author, Help Center - Remote

Overview

This Content Author role will be responsible for help center content, including drafting new support content based on input from subject matter experts and stakeholders, collaborating with the writing team to edit and maintain consistency across documentation, manage stakeholder review and approval process for new and updated content and author content in Lighthouse technology platform, including creating new articles and updating existing ones.

• Authoring, editing, and managing high-quality, accurate content.
• Collaborating closely with other teams to ensure content meets design specifications, technical requirements, and overall strategic objectives.
• Ensuring content consistency and adherence to our brand guidelines.
• Draft new support content and manage stakeholder review and approval.
• Create new articles for help center and update existing articles as needed.
• Work within the Lighthouse KMS platform to manage, edit and add new content.

Requirements

• Must live in the United States.
• This role doesn’t support visa sponsorship or office locations outside the continental US.
