Overview

The APL (Advanced Processor Lab) is one of the research teams of SAIT (Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology) which is Samsung‘s R&D hub, established as the incubator for cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking an experienced CPU Micro-architect to join our high-performance CPU design team.

• Lead the development of high-performance CPU architecture and microarchitecture.
• Mentor and guide a team of micro architects and RTL engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, or Masters/PhD preferred.
• Experience in CPU design and microarchitecture.
• Proven experience in CPU microarchitecture design.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of CPU architectures and microarchitecture design principles.
• Proficiency in RTL design, including Verilog/SystemVerilog.
