Samayu is seeking a proactive Fundraising Associate to lead our fundraising and donor engagement efforts, managing grant proposals and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in fundraising or donor engagement.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in donor management tools.
• Self-starter with proactive task management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for donor relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with fundraising platforms is a plus.
