The European Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing plans and events across Europe, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Support the execution of European marketing plans to drive successful product adoption.
• Assist in translation of marketing strategies into Marketing Communication and Channel strategies.
• Support the development and approval of social media posts.
• Coordinate tradeshow activities for conferences.
• Provide support for Professional Education events.
• Assist sales and professional education teams with digital content.
• Maintain and manage the database of event attendees.
• Communicate and update stakeholders on conference plans.
• Manage Saluda’s marketing events calendar.
• Track conference expenses against budget.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing coordination or event planning.
• Hands-on experience organizing conferences or professional education events.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
