Project Manager - Detention & Corrections - Remote

Overview

Sabot Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to assist detention operators with technical assistance, training, compliance assessments, and subject matter expertise in all areas related to detention operations and adherence to national detention standards, policy, and directives.

In Short

• Conduct Technical Assistance Reviews and compliance assessments of ICE detention facilities.
• Conduct pre-occupancy inspections and develop corrective action plans.
• Develop and deliver training on detention management topics.
• Assess and develop training provided by ICE detention operators.
• Conduct on-site medical reviews of ICE Health Service Corps-staffed facilities.
• Provide formal reports to designated ICE staff.
• Become familiar with inspection methodologies and provide training.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate multiple projects and tasks.
• Perform QC/QA of all contract requirements.
• Support planning and implementing new ICE policies related to custody management.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in detention standards and compliance programs.
• Experience reviewing detention files and conducting interviews.
• Experience in detention management and safety.
• Bachelor's degree and ten years of related work experience.
• Five years of Project Manager experience or PMI-PMP certification.
