• Assist clients with booking cruise vacations, including selecting destinations, accommodations, and excursions.
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, amenities, and pricing.
• Manage and confirm cruise reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Address booking changes, cancellations, and special requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Process payments and provide clients with invoices or receipts for their bookings.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by delivering a seamless and positive booking experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about new cruise products, promotions, and offers to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
