• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and needs
• Design and recommend personalized vacation packages with accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and essential travel information
• Ensure all travel plans are allergy-safe and meet special requirements
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and top destinations (Disney, cruises, all-inclusive resorts)
• Assist clients with travel-related questions and resolve any booking issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Work with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and smooth travel experiences
• Handle administrative tasks related to bookings and client communications

Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent, vacation specialist, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Disney, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts
• Experience with allergy-safe travel planning is a plus
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings
• Proficiency in travel booking software and online tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; travel or hospitality certification is a bonus
