GP-Level Partner for Financial and Capital Operations - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a GP-level partner to run the financial and capital side of the platform. You’ll operate at the intersection of finance, investing, and strategy, building the institutional backbone of Rypples and helping our companies scale globally.

In Short

• Oversee all investments from early stage to structured late stage financing.
• Lift portfolio performance by guiding founders through financing strategy.
• Raise capital to build a stable base of mission-aligned shareholders.
• Set up and run follow on vehicles with institutional-grade governance.
• Build investor trust and ensure compliance and transparency.
• Represent Rypples to mainstream finance audiences.

Requirements

• Experience as a CFO in renewables/climate/infra or a PE/growth-equity partner.
• Financially sophisticated and connected across institutional markets.
• Ability to think from first principles and communicate simply.
• Operate in founder mode at the edge of your comfort zone.
• Desire to move the needle for the planet.
