Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team at RSA Conference™. As a key member of the product organization, you will bridge the gap between engineering, design, and business teams to drive the development of our products.

In Short

Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Define and prioritize product features aligned with strategic goals.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in sprint planning and manage development milestones.
Work closely with design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
Act as the main point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Define and track success metrics to measure product performance.
Analyze product performance metrics to guide feature prioritization.
Use data insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Advocate for user-centric designs and ensure a seamless product experience.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role.
Background in software development, engineering, or similar technical field.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to write detailed product requirements and user stories in Gherkin format.
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools like Tableau or Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems.
