Overview

As a Design Engineer at rreadyAI, you will shape the user experience of our AI-native B2B SaaS platform, combining design and frontend engineering to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.

In Short

• Design and implement user-facing interfaces from concept to production.
• Ship production frontend code, not just prototypes.
• Build scalable UI foundations through reusable components.
• Ensure high quality in usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Prototype interactions and ideas using Figma or code.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and component library.
• Maintain documentation for UI patterns and usage guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in design-to-code workflows.
• Work in a flexible and international team environment.

Requirements

• Strong focus on user experience and interaction design.
• Experience in both designing interfaces and implementing them in code.
• Proficiency in writing production frontend code.
• Attention to detail in UI consistency and accessibility.
• Proactive and accountable in driving projects forward.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and clarify requirements.
• Strong communication skills to align with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
