Overview

RPI GmbH, a leading company in the field of real estate pensions, is looking for a dedicated Real Estate Advisor (m/w/d) part-time to strengthen our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and competently advise them on real estate as a retirement provision. Your main task will be to inform potential customers by phone and excite them about the innovative solutions of RPI GmbH. You will work closely with our sales team and contribute to the success and growth of our company.

In Short

• Telephone consulting for customers regarding real estate offers and services
• Creating individual offers based on customer needs
• Maintaining and updating the customer database after each consultation
• Collaboration with the sales team to optimize customer communication
• Participation in regular training to expand knowledge in the real estate sector

Requirements

• Experience in telephone consulting or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone voice.
• Proficient in common CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• High customer orientation and ability to respond to individual customer needs.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
