In Short

• Manage accounting for assigned real estate properties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor and maintain accounts receivable and payable.
• Collaborate with external auditors.
• Create reports and analyses for management and property owners.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and ideally further education in real estate accounting.
• Experience in real estate accounting or a comparable position is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Solid knowledge in accounting and financial reporting.
• Structured and independent working style with a high affinity for numbers.
• Language skills: German required.
