Part-time Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Part-time Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations across multiple entities, requiring solid experience in accounting processes.

In Short

• Process A/P vendor invoice entries and entering cash receipts
• Ensure proper documentation and approval before processing A/P invoices
• Prepare semi-monthly payroll
• Prepare A/R billing and unbilled reconciliation
• Perform Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation
• Perform G/L account variance analysis
• Prepare for month-end financial closing
• Resolve accounting discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data
• Perform other financial tasks as directed by the manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Solid Excel skills
• Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
