Overview

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical experience in healthcare systems.
• Strong knowledge of Epic, MyChart, and Cadence.
• Experience in system performance implementation and design.
• Ability to lead optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in project management and cross-team collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and system enhancements.
• Capability to create and deliver presentations to leadership.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and customer needs.
