• Responsible for advising and guiding the company in selecting and configuring Odoo modules.
• Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improvement with Odoo.
• Gather requirements from key business areas for Odoo adoption.
• Recommend suitable Odoo modules and services based on operational workflows.
• Define the functional architecture of the Odoo solution.
• Develop a roadmap for Odoo adoption and integration.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Odoo usage.
• Ensure smooth transition to the new Odoo system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for Odoo implementation.
• Advise on organizational change management related to ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of business processes and workflows.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
