Overview

RICAR Business Consulting LLC (RBC) is seeking a detail-oriented Program Data & Reporting Analyst (Public Sector) to support public-sector programs through data analysis, reporting, and project support activities. This role is ideal for an early-career professional or analyst who is interested in building experience in public-sector consulting, program analytics, and performance reporting.

In Short

• Provide project and analytical support to consulting teams and senior staff
• Conduct research related to program operations and performance
• Compile, analyze, and track program data and metrics
• Assist with the analysis of reporting and solution requirements
• Develop and maintain program documentation and work products
• Independently plan and execute assigned analytical and support tasks
• Support data collection and reporting activities for public-sector programs
• Assist with the preparation of program reports, dashboards, and summaries
• Track program performance indicators and milestones
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data delivery

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience supporting management consulting projects or similar professional services work
• Experience providing analytical, research, or project support in a team-based environment
• Data analysis, reporting, or research support experience
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to organize, analyze, and present information clearly
• Interest or experience in public-sector or government-related programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• Coursework or experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance measurement
