Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and disciplined HR Virtual Assistant to serve as the backbone of our HR operations. In this role, you will transition from recruitment-heavy tasks to the vital "Generalist" work of maintaining the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for the accuracy of our records, the smoothness of our onboarding, and the integrity of our HR data.

In Short

  • Maintain digital personnel files and ensure all legal documents are signed and filed.
  • Lead the administrative logistics for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Monitor attendance logs and process leave requests for payroll.
  • Track mandatory certifications and ensure compliance.
  • Draft internal HR communications and documentation.
  • Maintain HR trackers and generate reports on employee trends.
  • Audit HRIS data and troubleshoot system errors.
  • 2+ years of HR administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • High standard of written English for legal documentation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years in an HR administrative or Generalist support role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational discipline.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Gusto).
  • Strong written English skills.
