Facade Designer and Estimator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facade Designer and Estimator with hands-on experience in façade detailing and quantity takeoffs.

In Short

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.
• Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF.
• Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.
• Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs.
• Use Logikal, AutoCAD, and Excel to complete design and estimation tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in façade detailing.
• Strong background in preparing shop drawings.
• Experience in reviewing architectural and structural plans.
