• Carry out inspections of residential and commercial properties across the UK.
• Produce accurate and detailed reports, including HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys.
• Perform property valuations in accordance with the RICS Red Book.

Requirements

• Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Degree in Building Surveying, Property Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience conducting property surveys and valuations.
• Experience with UK property standards is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the UK.
