Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Content Moderation Specialist to help UK-based clients maintain safe, high-quality digital platforms. This fully remote role requires no prior experience — all the training and tools you need will be provided from your very first day.

In Short

• Review user-generated content across social media, forums, and online platforms for compliance with community guidelines
• Identify and action inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content in a timely manner
• Escalate complex cases to senior moderators or client teams when required
• Maintain detailed logs of moderation decisions and outcomes
• Provide feedback on content trends and potential improvements to moderation processes

Requirements

• No prior content moderation experience required — full training provided
• Strong attention to detail and consistent decision-making ability
• Good written English communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a professional and measured manner
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
