Senior Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

This role involves managing regional financial operations, overseeing accounting, reporting, compliance, and audits to support the company’s growth.

In Short

• Manage financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
• Lead month-end close and prepare financial reports.
• Review payroll entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Manage government and regulatory filings.
• Support statutory audits.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Maintain organized financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Minimum 4 years of related accounting/finance experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred)
• Prior audit experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power Query and Power BI experience a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
