In Short

• Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems.
• Search the internet for information.
• Methodically review completed work for errors before submission.
• Request further information for incomplete documents.
• Keep records of tasks, files, and progress.
• Confirm and remove unnecessary data or combine data from several sources.
• Create, update, validate, and forward various forms of communication.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing systems preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Great attention to detail.
• High school degree or equivalent.
