The Marketing Advisor is a phone-based position that leverages both service and sales disciplines to help small businesses utilize and optimize our expansive line of digital and direct mail marketing tools.

• Handle a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls from newly established and existing clients
• Provide exceptional service to ensure an effective and efficient new client on-boarding experience and/or client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify clients’ marketing business needs to sell additional services and generate referrals
