Overview

RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech integrating blockchain solutions into traditional banking and finance infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Human Resources to lead the setup and management of our human resources and administrative functions in Malaysia.

In Short

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with Malaysian laws.
• Establish the end-to-end recruitment process for the pioneer team.
• Design a competitive compensation and benefits structure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations.
• Lead the office renovation project from inception to completion.
• Procure office furniture and supplies for a productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR filings.
• Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
• Build the HR function and company culture from scratch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration.
• 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in setting up a new office or leading HR for a start-up.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with office management and vendor negotiation.
