Overview

Reddit is a community of communities, and the Ads team is positioned to innovate and grow rapidly. This role will shape how we monetize the Reddit platform and connect Redditors with brands.

• Lead product strategy for Ad Recommendations and Opti-Score.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of product management experience, especially in AdTech.
• Experience building Recommendations advertising solutions.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning in AdTech products.
• Proven track record of product strategy with business impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Technical degree in relevant fields.
