Requirements

• Experience designing optimization algorithms for business problems.
• 7+ years of experience contributing high-quality code to production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks.
• Ability to lead teams and oversee engineering designs.
• Experience with real-time bidding systems.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct A/B experiments.
• Familiarity with the Reddit ads marketplace.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
