In Short

• Own the Ads engineering strategy for Ads Targeting products.
• Charter ML backed features to target qualified users and content.
• Work closely with EMs, Product owners, and Data Scientists.
• Build and optimize targeting products for Ads.
• Accountable for consistent, predictable delivery with quality.
• Responsible for recruiting and scaling the Ads Targeting Modeling team.
• Help engineers identify career goals and create development plans.
• Experience in building and shipping large Scale E2E ML Based Products.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a remote environment.
• Management experience in the Advertising domain is a plus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supporting and growing ML engineering teams.
• Proven track record of building and shipping large Scale E2E ML Based Products.
• Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Ranking, Search engine, Recommender system, Knowledge Graph.
• Experience managing a team including hiring and onboarding.
• Technical enough to solve problems but prefers guiding the team.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.
