Overview

Recursive is seeking a Software Engineer to develop AI solutions aimed at addressing global sustainability challenges. The role involves designing and implementing AI applications, collaborating with clients, and integrating advanced machine learning technologies.

Design and implement prompt-tuning and orchestration pipelines.
Integrate and deploy LLMs into production environments.
Build data pipelines for Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
Conduct performance benchmarking and quantitative analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (Python, Go, etc.).
Experience with database management, including NoSQL.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience in building applications powered by large language models.
Familiarity with performance benchmarking methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus.
